Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager specializing in RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) plants. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, and ensuring the profitability of RMC plant operations. Other key duties include negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development and Sales
• Knowledge of RMC Plant operations and the construction industry
• Abilities in Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
