Job Title: Business Development Manager (Admissions & Career Counselling)

About the Role:

CIIM is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) who will handle Admissions, Career Counselling, and Student Onboarding. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong understanding of Digital Marketing, and prior experience in BDM/Admissions roles in the education or digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities: Admissions & Counselling

• Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and counselling sessions for students.
• Guide students in choosing the right Digital Marketing or related courses.
• Explain course modules, career scope, and placement opportunities clearly.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Business Development

• Manage and grow student admissions through online & offline channels.
• Coordinate with marketing & sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Conduct outreach activities, webinars, seminars, and counselling sessions.
• Build relationships with students, parents, and professional partners.

Communication & Student Support

• Maintain excellent communication (English & Hindi both).
• Provide a smooth onboarding experience to students.
• Handle student queries and guide them throughout the admission process.
• Collaborate with trainers & admin for scheduling, batch allocation, and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory).
• Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.).
• Prior experience as BDM / Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor—preferably in Digital Marketing or EdTech.
• Ability to handle targets, follow-ups, and conversions confidently.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, professional, and student-friendly approach.

Education:

• Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field.
• Additional certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.

Experience Required:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Admissions.
• Candidates with previous BDM experience in Digital Marketing institutes will be given preference.
