With a rapidly growing team, we are expanding our business development function to strengthen client relationships and build new partnerships.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to boost growth by bringing in new clients, growing current accounts, and establishing Seven N Half as a trusted recruitment partner. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, consultative sales, and excellent execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Growth

    • Identify, target, and onboard new clients across industries for executive search and recruitment mandates.
    • Develop and execute BD strategies to increase market penetration.

  • Account Management

    • Nurture existing client relationships to grow repeat business.
    • Act as the bridge between client needs and internal delivery teams.

  • Market Intelligence

    • Stay updated on industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
    • Provide clients with insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.

  • Networking & Partnerships

    • Represent Seven N Half at industry events, HR forums, and networking platforms.
    • Build relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders.

  • Revenue Generation

    • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
    • Negotiate commercials and ensure profitable client partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development within recruitment, HR consulting, or related services.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent markets.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
