The Business Development Manager (Projects) will drive project-based opportunities in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors by engaging clients, preparing proposals, and managing bids. The role also involves coordinating with engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery while building strong client relationships and supporting regulatory-compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Pharma/Biotech project sales or project management
• Expertise in lead generation funnel management and overall business development
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical process equipment and turnkey solutions
• Ability to prepare technical-commercial proposals and manage tenders
• Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory standards, and engineering compliance
• Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects
• Project coordination and execution with design & manufacturing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
