Job Description

Position Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for Pinnacle Generators. The role requires a dynamic, target-driven individual with a keen understanding of the power generation industry, market trends, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in various sectors, including construction, industrial, commercial, and residential markets, to generate new business opportunities. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth for Pinnacle Generators. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for improving product offerings and positioning. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present products and solutions to clients, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align business development efforts with product offerings and marketing strategies. Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales metrics, maintain an active pipeline, and provide regular reports on progress, opportunities, and challenges. Customer Support: Provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring that clients receive excellent service and any issues are resolved promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the power generation or related industries. Strong knowledge of power generation products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience in technical sales or engineering background.
