Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location : Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh Industry : Generator Manufacturing Experience : 1-3 Years (OEM Sales or Capital Equipment Sales Experience) Contact : 9246336624 Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Pinnacle Generators, a leader in the Generator Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in OEM sales or capital equipment sales , with a strong track record in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role will primarily focus on developing new business, managing customer accounts, and expanding the company's market share within the industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development : Identify and target potential clients in the generator manufacturing and capital equipment sectors to drive new business opportunities and increase market share. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, OEMs, and key stakeholders. Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams. Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Present product offerings and solutions to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise : Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio, including technical specifications and benefits, to provide accurate product recommendations to customers. Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis. Customer Support & After-Sales Service : Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication, resolving issues, and supporting clients with their technical needs post-sale. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular updates to the management team regarding sales performance and opportunities. Qualifications: Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. An MBA is a plus. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in OEM sales , capital equipment sales , or business development within the generator manufacturing industry or a related field. Skills : Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships. Sound understanding of generator products and capital equipment . Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rajahmundry , Andhra Pradesh. Driving License : Valid driving license (for field visits). Preferred: Experience with generator manufacturing and capital equipment sales is a distinct advantage. Familiarity with the industrial and commercial applications of generators. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,761.67 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
