Role Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving business growth by offering recruitment and staffing services. This individual will be the face of the organization in new business engagements and will work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and service offerings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Manage and update CRM systems with client interactions, leads, and sales activities. Meet individual and team business development targets set by the management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in any related field. 1-5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or recruitment sales (experience in a staffing or consulting firm is a plus). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is desirable. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales-driven environment.
