Job Description

Market Expansion & Account Acquisition

Map and prioritise target states (DelhiNCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan) and segment opportunities (industrial sheds, warehouses, metro/rail infra, commercial real estate).
Generate qualified leads, build a 612month opportunity pipeline and convert to orders in line with quarterly targets.

Channel & Key Account Management

Develop and onboard distributors, fabricators and EPC contractors; negotiate trading terms and annual volume commitments.
Manage strategic key accounts (developers, government agencies, PSUs) and ensure shareofwallet growth.

Bid Management & Solution Selling

Coordinate with design/estimation teams to prepare technocommercial proposals, roof structural checks and value engineering options.
Lead price negotiations, contract closure and order booking.

Collection & Margin Control

Plan billing vs. dispatch schedules, follow up for payments, and maintain DSO within company norms.

Crossfunctional Coordination

Liaise with supplychain, production and logistics to align delivery slots
