Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager located in Ernakulam, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy targeting the ready-mix plaster market. Your key duties will include identifying and engaging potential customers in the construction industry, such as contractors, builders, developers, architects, and construction material suppliers. By generating leads through various methods like cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events, you will play a vital role in penetrating new markets and achieving sales targets. It is essential for you to possess a deep understanding of the features, benefits, applications, and technical specifications of the ready-mix plaster products offered by the company. Your ability to effectively communicate these aspects to customers and address any inquiries they may have will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. By understanding their specific needs and preferences related to plastering, you will provide personalized product recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of ready-mix plaster over traditional methods. Emphasizing the ease of application, consistent quality, time-saving benefits, and cost-effectiveness of using ready-mix plaster will be essential in securing sales and maximizing revenue.
