Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gwalior. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, proposal development, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the university's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
