Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the Precast / Rebar sector.
• Analyze client needs and tailor services to meet market demands.

• New Business Development:

• Addition of new customers for Rebar & Precast detailing / engineering services with an aim to achieve the budgeted sales target.

• Relationship Management:

• Account management for some key existing customers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

• Proposal Development:

• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our services.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless execution of services and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the Precast Sales or related industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
