Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in the Packing Industry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to increase sales and revenue, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends. Additionally, the role will involve negotiating contracts and agreements, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals, and providing regular reports on business development activities and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
