If you're a relationship builder with a track record in securing infrastructure projects especially with government agencies we want to talk.
- Identify and close new business opportunities in roads & bridges
- Build and maintain strong connections with government bodies, contractors, and developers
- Lead tendering, bidding, and contract processes
- Create and execute strategic plans to grow market presence
- Collaborate with partners, suppliers & internal teams for seamless project delivery
- Represent the company at industry events and track emerging trends

✔️ 4+ years of business development experience in infrastructure
✔️ Strong grasp of government tenders and bidding workflows
✔️ An existing network in the roads & bridges sector
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools & project management software
✔️ Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth
