Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target the US market for website development, Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and mobile application solutions.

Identify and prioritize potential clients and market segments within the US.

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  1. Manage Lead generation team - Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, Upwork, and other online platforms.
  2. Qualify leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with US clients.

  • End-to-End Sales Management:

  1. Handle all aspects of the sales process, including initial contact, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.

  • Target Meeting & Revenue Generation:

  1. Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Develop strategies to increase revenue and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  3. Regularly report on sales performance and progress towards targets.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

  1. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand US industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  2. Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  3. Foster long-term partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Product & Service Knowledge:

  1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of website development, Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and mobile application trends and technologies.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase company capabilities to US clients.
  3. Provide technical insights and solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  1. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  2. Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

  • Team Collaboration & Development:

  1. Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to international business development.
  2. Mentor and support junior business development staff.
  3. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
