Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    B2B / Institutional / School / College / Franchise / Channel Sales

    to achieve regional and organizational targets.
  • Develop and implement effective

    sales strategies

    aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify potential clients and partners to

    expand business opportunities

    within the education and training domain.
  • Manage and mentor a

    sales team

    to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Conduct

    product demonstrations

    and

    academic counselling presentations

    for schools, colleges, and education partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    key decision-makers

    and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present

    sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

    for management.
  • Utilize

    CRM tools

    (Salesforce, LeadSquared, Freshdesk, etc.) for lead management and pipeline tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in

    education or EdTech business development

    with measurable achievements.
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and presentation

    skills.
  • Ability to manage

    end-to-end sales cycles

    and institutional relationships.
  • Experience in

    team handling and motivation

    .
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    and

    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    .
  • Willingness to

    travel within assigned regions

    .

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing / Sales

    preferred.
