Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Management & Performance Monitoring

    - Define monthly dealership targets, monitor business performance metrics, and ensure consistent activation levels to drive gross written premium growth across the motor sales channel.
  2. Renewal & Retention Management

    - Provide timely renewal data to channel partners, focus on conversion of renewal and rollover business, and maintain retention rates at desired levels to maximize customer lifetime value.
  3. Risk & Profitability Management

    - Analyze and discuss loss ratio performance with dealers to identify and avoid non-profitable business segments, ensuring sustainable portfolio quality.
  4. Partner Relationship Development

    - Build and nurture long-term relationships with dealerships, OEMs, and brokers through regular engagement, workshop and showroom visits, and proactive feedback collection to ensure high partner retention.
  5. Service Excellence & Issue Resolution

    - Identify and resolve dealership pain points including VB clearing processes, claim turnaround time, and portal access issues to improve audit scores and overall partner satisfaction.
