Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager (Odoo)!
We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join our Odoo department. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating demos with the technical team, and ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into successful business.
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for Odoo solutions and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Present Odoo solutions through meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Coordinate with the technical team to schedule and conduct client demos.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and related documentation for clients.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure progress and deal closure.
- Ensure smooth client handover to the implementation/technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities in CRM tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (experience in IT / ERP domain preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client interactions, proposals, demos, and follow-ups effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (experience in IT / ERP domain preferred).
