Business Development Manager

Nag Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) companies, Architect firms or corporate interior fit-out companies, he/she will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of the corporate interior fit out company and PMC Company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in line with company objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:

 Proven experience as a Business Development professional in PMC, Architect or corporate interior fit-out companies

1. Demonstrated track record of driving business growth.
2. In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in project management or interior fit-out services
3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
5. Master Degree/ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BE civil or related field.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
