Job Titles- Business Development Manager - Mutual Fund Distribution (B2B) Location: Krishnanagar, (2 post), Barasat - ( 3 Post ), Kharagpur (3 Post including 1 Branch Manager ), Hooghly (1 post) -All in West Bengal Reports to : Business Manager of B2B Segment. Job Summary- The Business Development Manager in Mutual Fund Distribution is responsible for building and leading a team of Mutual Fund Distributors to increase Assets Under Management (AUM). This role involves achieving sales targets, acquiring new MF Distributors, and ensuring high client satisfaction through effective training and support. Responsibilities & Deliveries Achieve sales targets (90%+). Through Mutual Fund distributors Add 4 distributors to the team until reaching 50 active distributors. Maintain 50% active distributorship criteria. Complete mandatory training (100%). Source data for new distributor acquisition. Support System LMS team and product knowledge. Distributor Hiring CPC support Client acquisition through Investors Awareness Programme (IAP)and engagement. In-house software and logging. Operation team for business logging and query management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from any stream. MBA preferred. Minimum of 2 years in sales management, preferably in mutual funds, financial services, banking products like CASA, or FMCG. Strong attitude for B2B team building, handling objections, and in-field activities. Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for financial calculations. Comfortable with internet usage and online financial transactions. Familiarity with investment products.
