You are a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Business Development professional sought to join our modular kitchen experience center. Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and cultivating strong business relationships. In the realm of Sales and Lead Generation, you will engage with walk-in customers to offer expert advice on modular kitchen solutions, generate leads through various channels, and conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our offerings. Client Relationship Management will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback and insights to facilitate continuous improvement of our products and services. Business Development will be another key focus, where you will identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to broaden the reach of our experience center. Collaboration with architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals is essential to forge strategic alliances, along with conducting visits to industry professionals to discuss potential project opportunities. Quotation and Proposal Preparation will be part of your daily tasks, including the creation of accurate and detailed quotations tailored to customer requirements and preferences. You will also be responsible for presenting proposals to clients, addressing inquiries, and making necessary modifications. To stay ahead in the market, you will need to keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities through Market Research and Competitor Analysis. Providing valuable insights and recommendations to the management team to support product development and market positioning will be a critical aspect of your role. Sales Administration tasks will involve maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress. Working closely with the sales operations team is essential to ensure timely order processing and delivery. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad, Jubilee Hills, and offers a competitive salary of up to 80000/Per month.
