We're hiring a Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team!!!!!!
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand our business footprint.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
Initiate and manage tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth and brand visibility.
Conduct research to spot new opportunities in the retail and healthcare sectors.
Assist franchise partners with business planning, operations, and performance optimization.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and partner support.
Drive revenue growth by meeting franchise acquisition and strategic alliance goals.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking forums.
Proven track record in franchise appointment, expansion, and management.
Strong background in retail trade and building business alliances.
Prior exposure to the medical or healthcare domain is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-starter with a goal-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with frequent travel for business development activities.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
MBA preferred, but not mandatory
