You are a part of a rapidly expanding Digital Logistics platform company specializing in the digital transformation of warehouses, currently seeking a highly motivated business development professional in India. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with business leadership to boost revenue growth and establish strong client relationships. It is essential for you to have a comprehensive understanding of Logistics IT sales, particularly in the warehousing and logistics sector in India. Your key responsibilities include formulating and implementing strategic sales plans, understanding the distinctive selling points of the product, building relationships with key decision-makers, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, creating sales collateral, monitoring market trends, and networking with potential clients at industry events. You will also take the lead in contract negotiations and deal closures to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the local logistics and warehousing sector, showcase 6 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in Logistics IT in India, collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrate the ability to align product features with client needs, exhibit enthusiasm for sales, and have exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, you should have a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and be adaptable to changing market dynamics and customer needs. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, requiring you to work in person during day and morning shifts.
