Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, Recruitment of Business Associates and developing business through them. Supporting in building team and generating business revenue. Maintaining product mix of Term Insurance, Participating and non participating Insurance Plans, Ulip, Pension Plans.

Qualifications

Business development and client relationship management skills
Business Associates Recruitment and Development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a must.
Salary 4.5 lakh to 6.5 lakh plus distribution allowance plus attractive incentives.
