We are seeking a passionate and proactive Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reaching out to potential patients, guiding them through treatment options, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to engage and inform potential patients about our services.
Assess individual patient needs to match them with suitable healthcare providers.
Assist patients in understanding and navigating their treatment options.
Provide detailed explanations of the services and support available.
Act as the primary liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Resolve patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
Oversee the on boarding process, ensuring all paperwork and permissions are handled efficiently.
Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for new patients.
Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics related to patient inquiries and successful on boarding.
Regularly track and report on key performance indicators to management.
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
Experience in inside sales or tele-sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
