Job Title:

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage proposals, quotations, and cost estimations.
Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and administration in line with company policies.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and maintain strong professional relationships.
Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects.
Collaboration with customer for project execution and Management.
Prepare order inflow and business reports for Management review.

Qualifications & Competency:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, contracts, proposals, or commercial management within machinery/capital equipment.
Strong expertise in negotiation, costing, and contract management.
Proven ability in customer management and market study.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and business documentation tools.
