Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients' requirements.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and provide guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in Business Development or related field (Sales & Marketing).
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization or MBA/PGDM from a recognized university.(preferrable)
  • Good communication, negotiation, leadership skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
