Job Summary: ITD Cementation India Limited are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Managers to lead growth initiatives across our construction and civil infrastructure verticals The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing brand visibility in a competitive market landscape, Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in civil infrastructure, Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies, Prepare and present proposals, pre-qualification documents, and tender submissions, Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, Lead bid strategies and post-bid negotiations in collaboration with estimating and project teams, Drive revenue growth through partnerships, JV opportunities, and strategic alliances, Enhance the companys brand visibility through digital marketing, content creation, trade shows, and industry events, Manage online presence including website content, LinkedIn, and other platforms, Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts, Lead client presentations, capability demonstrations, and relationship-building initiatives, Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and post-project follow-up, Candidates preferred holding an expertise in UG Metro, Tunnel, Roads, Flyovers, PSP, etc Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or Business MBA preferred, 10 15 years of experience in business development and/or marketing within the construction or infrastructure sector, Strong understanding of civil infrastructure project lifecycles, tendering processes, and local market dynamics, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software Desired Skills: Existing network of industry contacts in the construction/civil infrastructure domain, Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment, Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, Candidates having relevant experience should apply on below link for better reach, https://forms gle/tyZf41YWk5QfcQnz8
