Job Description

Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. - Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. - Prospect for potential customers using various methods such as calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking. - Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales. - Consult with prospects about business challenges, requirements, and cost benefits of solutions. - Maintain a high level of domain knowledge for meaningful conversations with prospects. - Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists to address customer requirements. - Develop and maintain territory plans to meet sales targets consistently. - Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions. - Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact and visits. - Provide sales volume forecasts and collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns. - Offer feedback to sales management to enhance sales processes and company reputation. - Communicate market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for delivering greater value to customers. - Identify sales support requirements and assist in developing sales tools. - Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in engineering or allied domain with software sales experience. - Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or allied solution sales is advantageous. - Good knowledge of the local market. - Ability to develop new business opportunities. - Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel up to 70%.,
