Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong IT background to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Note: Only candidates with prior experience or educational background in Information Technology (IT) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services/products sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Strong background in IT (B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent, or proven IT sales experience).
• 3+ years of experience in business development/sales in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of software development, web/mobile app solutions, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience in B2B and international markets (optional but a plus).

Pay: ₹14,247.91 - ₹59,047.24 per month
