Position Overview

Business Development Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, vendors, and recycling partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and local vendors.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive trends.
• Pitch KabadCart’s services and sustainability model to potential partners.
• Drive lead generation and conversions to achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales, prospects, and interactions.

Requirements

For Interns (Unpaid):

• Graduate or pursuing a degree (Business, Marketing, or Environment-related field preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn about sales, sustainability, and startup operations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.

For Experienced Professionals (Commission-Based):

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
• Excellent presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.
