Business Development Manager


As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our InSAR solutions. You'll be a vital part of our team, helping to expand our market presence and deliver value to our clients across various sectors, including infrastructure, mining, and oil & gas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales:

    Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business for our InSAR services.
  • Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
  • Market Analysis:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform our business strategy.
  • Proposal Development:

    Work with the technical team to create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our services.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a diploma/degree in Geoinformatics.
  • Experience:

    A minimum of

    3 years

    of experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the geospatial sector.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Proven experience with

    LiDAR, photogrammetry, or satellite imagery

    is desirable.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
