P&G Geohazard Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) services within the mining sector. The ideal candidate will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha , and will be responsible for driving sales and forging strong client relationships with key mining companies. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for InSAR services within the mining industry. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including TATA Steel, Jindal Steel & Power, Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys (IMFA), Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC), and Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored InSAR solutions for slope stability, subsidence monitoring, and other geohazard risks. Collaborate with the technical team to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business avenues. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote our services. Qualifications & Experience: Mandatory: Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the mining, civil engineering, or Geoinformatics / Geology / Geotechnical sectors. Candidates with other background having similar experience will be considered equally. Essential: A strong network and established relationships with major mining companies in Odisha and the surrounding regions. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor's/Diploma in Geoinformatics is highly preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A self-starter with a proactive and strategic approach to business development. Training: The candidate will receive comprehensive training on InSAR technology and its applications. Prior knowledge of InSAR is not required.
