The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. You should be focused and possess strong communication skills. It is essential to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. To achieve sales targets, you will work within the framework of sales and credit policies for the Units. Your key responsibilities will include achieving targeted volumes with targeted EBITA, developing new customers, understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions, managing prices optimally, conducting customer visits, providing sales reports, maintaining MIS, conducting market study analysis, and achieving targets of value-added products. As a qualified candidate, you should hold at least an education level of Any Graduate/MBA with 4-6 years of experience in RMC, Aggregate, or Construction industry.,
