Job Description

Business Development Manager

B2B sales

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across

    IFMS verticals

    such as

    housekeeping, security, MEP, pest control, and soft/hard services

    .
  • Build and maintain a strong

    pipeline of leads

    across target sectors.
  • Conduct

    site assessments

    and client meetings to understand unique service requirements.
  • Prepare and present

    customized proposals

    and

    RFP responses

    aligned with client needs.
  • Lead

    contract negotiations

    ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers:

    Facility Heads, Admin Managers, Procurement Heads, and CXOs

    .
  • Engage in regular follow-ups to nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at

    industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms

    .

Strategic Account Management

  • Execute

    account mapping and planning

    to penetrate new departments or business units.
  • Understand client pain points and create

    tailored service strategies

    .
  • Handle

    complex account sales

    , especially where competitors are well-established.
  • Maintain strong

    CXO-level connect

    for high-value deals.

Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • Consistently achieve or exceed

    monthly and quarterly sales targets

    .
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

    smooth service delivery post-sale

    .

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of

    B2B business development

    experience (preferably in IFMS/FM industry)
  • Deep understanding of

    facility management operations

    (soft and hard services)
  • Proven ability in

    strategic sales, account management

    , and

    contract closures

  • Strong

    negotiation, communication

    , and

    presentation skills

  • Familiarity with

    tendering processes

    , legal contracts, and price negotiations
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    ,

    CRM tools

    , and

    digital communication platforms

  • Self-driven with excellent

    customer focus

    and

    business acumen

  • Ability to

    travel locally or regionally

    for client meetings as needed
  • Strong

    and ability to influence at all levels
