Sales and Marketing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in various industrial sectors for PSM Hydraulix products.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into business.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve product development and marketing strategies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product documentation as required.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of industrial products, preferably in

  hydraulic systems or related products

  .
• Strong technical understanding of hydraulic equipment and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, site surveys, and exhibitions.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Preferred Industry Exposure:

Hydraulic Equipment, Industrial Machinery, OEMs, Engineering Components.
