Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

*Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.


* Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, IT heads & procurement leaders.


*Drive adoption of our healthcare SaaS solutions across your region.


*Work with product & marketing teams to shape tailored proposals.


*Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.


Requirements:

*2–7 years of SaaS sales experience (with at least 1 year selling to hospitals/healthcare clients).


*Proven success in consultative B2B sales with complex deal cycles.


*Solid understanding of hospital workflows & procurement processes.


*Strong presentation, relationship-building & negotiation skills.


* Energetic, self-motivated & target-driven mindset.
