Position Title/ Designation Business Development Manager Location Delhi Educational Qualification Required Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, life sciences, or a related field Experience Required 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2–3 years focused on selling to hospitals. Established network of hospital contacts and knowledge of hospital procurement processes. Strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape and SaaS purchasing behavior in the hospital ecosystem. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude. Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Understand features of existing and upcoming IT healthcare products of the company and be aware of upcoming functionalities of products. Engage with hospital stakeholders virtually and in person to understand their unique business needs and align them with the product capabilities. Be familiar with philosophy, intentions, objectives, business value and architecture of products to align features as closely as possible to customers need. Generate new business leads through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and conference participation. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of healthcare IT platform to customers. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Implementation) to relay market feedback and influence product roadmap. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to identify upselling opportunities, encourage renewals, and gather feedback for future product enhancements.
