Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for the PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) segment. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with pharma franchise partners, and promote the company’s range of pharmaceutical products in targeted territories. Identify, recruit, and onboard new PCD franchise partners across various regions. Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into active distributors. Manage and support existing franchise partners to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the PCD network. Promote the company’s product range to potential and existing clients. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional inputs and campaigns. Ensure timely dispatch of promotional materials and product samples to partners. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and partner interactions in CRM. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
