Business Development Manager
Job Summary

Experience: 3-5 years
Background: Must have experience in Business Development from PR firm or Digital agency only
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in-office)
Location: Mumbai

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for New Business Development and Client Servicing with a PR background. The role involves driving new business, pitching to prospective clients, and managing client relationships. You will work in a hybrid mode and will need to attend client meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
Client Servicing:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and campaign execution.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities, helping to shape proposals and strategic recommendations.
Pitching & Meetings:
Attend client meetings, understand their needs, and propose tailored PR solutions. Build long-term client relationships.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality PR campaigns.
Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company's services.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in PR, communications, or agency background
Strong business development skills and proven track record in client servicing
Knowledge of PR strategies, media relations, and communications
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless relationship and clear communication between clients and the agency
