Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct sales presentations, pitch products/services, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product offerings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand the client base.

Qualifications:

1. Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
