Business Development Manager for Pharma

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager for Pharma located in Roorkee. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing market strategies, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves creating plans to achieve sales targets, conducting market research, and analyzing data to make informed business decisions. Responsibilities also include representing the company at industry events and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have knowledge of Pharma Sales.
• Candidate should have Qualified B.Pharma or MBA.
• Candidate should have minimum Experiance of 10 Years of relevent field.
• Candidate should have knowledge of PCD & Pharma Manufacturing.
• Candidates should have skills of Customer finding.
• Experience in sales, business development, and market strategy development
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
• Experience with international markets and export regulations is a plus
