Located in a state-of-the-art handloom studio and GOTS certified production facility, the company employs full-time textile artisans, handloom weavers, and tailors. Five P provides end-to-end product manufacturing, from fiber sourcing to finished goods exports, with a focus on quality and customization.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Fabrics and Home Textiles, located in Erode. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized textile solutions. Day-to-day tasks include market research, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
• Strong understanding of Textiles, Fabrics, and Home Furnishings
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Project Management and Client Account Management
• Ability to work on-site in Erode and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Sustainable and Ethical Manufacturing practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
