· Working knowledge of weaving, Dyeing and printing textiles
· Practical understanding of fabric constructions,
· Ensuring that products meet set requirements and specifications (e.g. Quality, colour fastness, durability etc.)
· Monitor the fabric sample and development while collaborating with the other department on committed orders.
· Good knowledge of yarn requirements, order execution, and fabric price.
· Track the status of all buyer fabric development and sampling status
· Good knowledge of fabric examination and defect awareness, among other things.
· Maintain Quality control of fabric
· Evaluating, identifying and selecting fabrics/products from suppliers
· Controlling production and quality standards
· Good knowledge of fabrics and materials
· Commercial Awareness
· Individuals need to have previous experience with winding, preparing, and weaving woven materials. Understanding of various textiles, washing, finishing, waste minimization, cost optimization, and colour composition.
· Maintaining record as per SOP
· All other related task assigned by management
