Candidates with a background in engineering and a passion for business development are encouraged to apply From Madurai, Theni, Dindugul, and Sivagangai. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B clients in the industrial sector within the assigned districts. Understand client requirements and propose tailored engineering solutions. Promote products/services to factories, industrial units, OEMs, and EPC contractors. Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure. Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design, quotations, and project execution. Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance updates. Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demos as needed. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers. Key Skills & Competencies: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial sales, technical marketing, or project sales. Strong technical understanding of industrial systems, equipment, or automation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in Tamil and proficient in English . Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region.
