Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in the Edutech domain, based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve business goals. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating proposals, leading sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, and delivering impactful presentations to ensure the development and expansion of the academy's network.

Qualifications

• Experience with Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Partnership Management
• Strong Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to Conduct Market Research, Analyze Trends, and Identify Growth Opportunities
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and contribute to organizational growth
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and business development software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with specific experience in Edutech as a plus
