Description
As a Sales Manager for Cranes, your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and penetrate new territories. - Prospecting new clients such as HODs, Deans, and Site Managers, conducting site visits, presenting product demos, and building strong long-term customer relationships. - Recruiting, training, motivating, and managing inside/outside sales teams, while providing technical and sales strategy guidance. - Analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, gathering feedback on products, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling services and parts. - Working closely with operations, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and promotional activities. Your key skills and qualifications should include: - Proven sales experience in heavy equipment, construction, industrial sales, or related fields. - Complete understanding of cranes, components, services, and industry applications (e.g., hoisting, lifting). - Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and analytical abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems is a plus. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, in Cranes sales, and in client handling. Please note that this is a full-time position with the benefit of cell phone reimbursement and the work location is in person.
