Business Development Manager - Corporate Training

As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will be responsible for spearheading the sales and promotion of our customized training programs designed to enhance learning and development across all levels of an organization. These programs are driven by cutting-edge technology and tailored to meet diverse business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with corporate clients to pitch customized learning & development (L&D) solutions. - Promote and sell VSERV ACADEMYs technology-driven training programs for staff across all cadres. - Build long-term relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers across industries. - Analyze client needs and recommend suitable training modules. - Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within the Delhi NCR region. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training solutions. - Provide feedback from clients to enhance offerings and service delivery. - Prepare regular reports on outreach, pipeline, and closures. Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in L&D, EdTech, or corporate training sales. - Strong network and contacts within the corporate/HR community. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - A flair for consultative selling and ability to understand client requirements. - Proactive and persuasive approach with a go-getter attitude. - Ability to work independently and handle target-driven pressure.
