Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Infrastructure Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by promoting and selling IT infrastructure solutions to both new and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and establishing strong relationships to improve client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting & Lead Generation: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients within your assigned territory. - Client Engagement: - Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with prospects and existing clients to evaluate their IT infrastructure requirements. - Understand client challenges and offer customized solutions to address their needs effectively. - Sales Presentations: - Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of the IT infrastructure solutions. - Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing and implementation plans tailored to meet specific client requirements. - Relationship Building: - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. - Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on industry trends and best practices. - Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and project management, to ensure successful solution implementations. - Provide valuable feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market trends. - Performance Tracking: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using the CRM system. - Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently. Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or technology solutions. - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. - Knowledge: - Essential familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and cloud solutions.,
