Job Description

Should be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role involves market research, lead generation and managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: ï‚· New Client Acquisition: ï‚· Identifying and targeting potential clients. ï‚· Lead generation ï‚· Networking for business expansion ï‚· Building and maintaining relationships with clients ï‚· Sales and Business Development: ï‚· Preparing and delivering sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients. ï‚· Negotiating and closing deals to secure event contracts. ï‚· Managing and growing existing client accounts. ï‚· Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with suppliers, venues, and other relevant stakeholders. ï‚· Relationship Management: ï‚· Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. ï‚· Addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. ï‚· Monitoring client satisfaction and gathering feedback to improve services. ï‚· Managing existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and upselling/cross- selling services. ï‚· Event Planning and Execution: ï‚· Developing event concepts, themes, and layouts in collaboration with clients. ï‚· Working with production team to ensure successful events. ï‚· Keeping updated of industry trends and best practices in event planning.
