  • You’ll act as a

    strategic advisor & business development partner

  • Identify and connect with companies needing recruitment support (contract or permanent hiring)

    to initiate business conversations

    purely commission-based model

    — we pay for success, not promises
  • Flexible engagement — work from anywhere, on your terms

💰

Commission Model:

  • Earn

    10%–15% of net billing realized

    from clients you onboard (based on CTC slabs or project size)
